Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

easy key collection shops & pubs close by big kitchen 5 bedrooms ..it worked well for us..need to tell clients to take a cheque for deposit...if we had we would not had to get in touch with the owner to get our money back they would not have cashed the cheque

The house is lovely and big and the rooms very spacious, three generations of family stayed here and there was plenty of room, The upstairs sitting room was a real bonus for the teenagers. It is so close to the lakes and Grange over sands is good for shopping, and within a few minutes walk is a small shop and takeaway.

Have been dealing with Sykes for the last 5 years and I have to say that the experience has been superb. Polite and helpful staff a real pleasure. This was our first visit to the Lake District and it was a fantastic time, the weather was excellent and the local facilities in Flookburgh were spot on. The local people were friendly and helpful which only adds to the experience.
