The house is lovely and big and the rooms very spacious, three generations of family stayed here and there was plenty of room, The upstairs sitting room was a real bonus for the teenagers. It is so close to the lakes and Grange over sands is good for shopping, and within a few minutes walk is a small shop and takeaway.

All the family enjoyed staying at this house and the village location. We found that the room layouts worked well and the grandchildren[ aged 4 to 10] rated it the best hide and seek house ever

Have been dealing with Sykes for the last 5 years and I have to say that the experience has been superb. Polite and helpful staff a real pleasure. This was our first visit to the Lake District and it was a fantastic time, the weather was excellent and the local facilities in Flookburgh were spot on. The local people were friendly and helpful which only adds to the experience.
Well done Skyes for providing us with an excellent home from home.
