This semi detached barn conversion cottage is in the village of Flookburgh near to Cartmel and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Willow Barn is a stone built, semi-detached barn conversion cottage in the centre of the fishing village of Flookburgh, just two miles from Cartmel. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one single room with a pull out bed which makes it suitable for up to six people. The cottage also contains a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room.     All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
    Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

      The cottage is immaculate and very modern inside. The kitchen and 3rd floor bedroom were my favourite as they have sky lights in so you can see the stars at night. The Raine's have catered for everything in this cottage from cutlery to washing up liquid and cleaning sprays and board games and dvds. Stayed here with my husband and 3 friends and all 5 of us absolutely loved it there! Excellent location for anybody doing a sky dive at skydive north west - it is literally a 15 min walk or 5 min car drive away. Other than that the location is a bit out from windemere / bowness but we still managed to go 3 days out of the 4 that we stayed as it is only about 30 min drive away!

      We all enjoyed a very comfortable stay in Willow Barn. We tried the local hotels and restaurants but mostly we used Willow Barn as our base. We were out and about every day enjoying everything on offer locally.
