Borgo is a cosy, bright one bedroom vacation rental in Florence, Italy located on Borgo Pinti, right in the heart of Florence and close to the most important monuments. Borgo is the perfect vacation rental in Florence for your short break in Italy.

External Description:

The apartment is located at the beginning of Borgo Pinti (near Via dell'Oriuolo).

Internal Description:

The apartment (45sqm) is situated to the 1° floor (without elevator) and it consists in a living room with a pull out sofa, dining area, kitchenette, double bedroom with closet, bathroom with shower.

The whole apartment was been completely rest...ructured in May of 2002.

Security Deposit:

On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:

- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€

- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€

- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

Right in the heart of Florence, a few meters away from Piazza Duomo, Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza dei Ciompi, the apartment Borgo is located in an pedestrian area (the last part of Borgo Pinti, close to Via dell'Oriuolo). It's therefore very quiet and being on the first floor, benefits from a lovely light. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is a perfect starting point for visiting the city.
