Comfortable and elegant apartment located in Florence in the Duomo area. It is ideal for short term rentals. It can sleep up to 4 people, has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom.

External Description:

Located on the third floor, with elevator , of a building on via de' Servi, in between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza SS. Annunziata near the Accademia museum. The property is quiet and located in the heart of Florence.

Internal Description:

Antique styled apartment (60 sq.mt /645 sq.ft) with 1 bedroom that can sleep up to 4 people and ha...s 1 bathroom. The property has been recently restored (August 2008). It is all on one level. The entrance opens onto the living room/ dining area with king sized pull out couch. Then there is double bedroom , bathroom with shower and well furnished kitchen corner. The floors are made in parquet. Because of the high quality of the furniture, the apartment is not recommended for students.

Our Personal Opinion:

Ideal for a family or two couples looking for a short term rental. Perfect for those who want to stay in Florence, and thanks to this apartments great positioning, all the monuments, restaurants and stores, area easily reached on foot.

Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, final cleaning, condo expenses, agency fee and taxes

Excluded from the price: telephone calls made using the apartment phone, utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.

Security Deposit:

All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted).   I went to Florence and i ask my school to do everything for me, i realy like mu apartament, but at the moment that i have problems with the arcondicion, the problem should be fix in the same day, but you didn´t give what a need at the first phone call! so i need to stay in Florence without ar for 3 days, so i think you should have another way more fast to sold the problems.

  I am very sorry for what happened throughout your stay at the Servi apartment in Florence. As you mentioned there was a technical problem with one of the air conditioning units and we did our best to fix the problem as soon as possible. However, since the air conditioning unit needed to be repaired by an expert techician we had to call an external company as the staff who work for our agency are only really able to carry out minor repairs. The repair date of the airconditioning unit was entirely up to them and our agency could not be reliable for the delay and the time it took to complete the repair. Within 48 hours we gave you a brand new apartment which was actually more expensive than the one you had booked and which had airconditioning that worked where you could stay until the one at the Servi apartment had been fixed. I honestly do not believe that we could have done any more in such a short period to help you. Assisting clients is one of our main priority and this aspect makes us stand out from many other agencies that rent apartments in Florence. I apologise for the fact that you felt we did not do enough for you.
