Comfortable and elegeant apartment located in Florence in the Duomo area. It is ideal for short term rentals. It can sleep up to 4 people, has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms.

External Description:

Located on the fourth floor, with elevator , (elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, then there are 20 steps to climb) of a building on via de' Servi, in between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza SS Annunziata near the Accademia museum. The property is quiet, situated in the center of Florence with a private terrace with a view of the Duomo.

Classic apartment (65 sq.mt /699 sq.ft) with 1 bedroom that can sleep up to 4 people and has 2 bathrooms. The property has been recently renovated (August 2008). The apartment has an entrance, bathroom with shower, master bedroom that opens onto the beautiful terrace and that has an ensuite bathroom. The living room/dining room (with pull out couch 160 cm) also has access to the terrace. The kitchen is well furnished and completes the apartment. The floors are made in parquet. Because of the high quality of the furnishings, the rental is not recommended to students.

Our Personal Opinion:

Ideal for a family or two couples looking for a short term rental. It is perfect for those who want to live in Florence in an area that is close to the monuments, restaurants, and stores.

Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, final cleaning , condo expenses, agency fee and taxes

Excluded from the price: utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.

Security Deposit:

All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted).
