Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier Raffaella et Simone, pour leurs accueil des plus chaleureux et exceptionnel, merci pour ce jolie et délicieux panier repas offert à notre arriver ... Appartement pleins de charme, décoré avec goût, très agréable à vivre, au calme, très bien situé, parking public proche, surveillé et fermé la nuit ( . A deux pas du centre historique, près du Pont Vecchio et du majestueux parc Boboli.. Nous garderons à merveilleux souvenir de notre passage et espérons revenir bientôt ...
Pleins de très belles choses à vous deux ..

Lots of space for the money. Huge bed. Nice quiet neighbourhood with very good restaurants and handy supermarket but also an easy walk to most major tourist attractions.

The location of the apartment is very good, especially because the parking is nearby. At night it is unbelievably silent. The supermarket is hundred meters away from the flat. The apartment itself is very comfortable, and it is wonderfully equipped - it has a special florentine feel. We were very lucky to pick this accomodation and we can recommend it warmly.

The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, well located and has everything we needed for a fabulous month-long stay in Florence. We enjoy walking and found we were able to access all of the main sights on foot with ease. There are many wonderful and affordable restaurants in the area, and a grocery store just around the corner. We were delighted!
Raffaella and Simone are wonderful hosts: easy and prompt communication, friendly, helpful, accommodating... the list could go on. We couldn't have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay. We'll be back! -

I would recommend for couples and families.
Raffaela very friendly, and Florence is devine, all the information needed at hand, the apartment houses 4 people confortably, the location is excellent

Campuccio is a very nice, modern and clean apartment and it is perfectly suitable and comfortable for four adults to stay in. Morning people/couple should take the sofa bed in the living room (which is the same size as the bed in the bedroom) so that they can start their day as early as they like in the morning without disturbing the others in the bedroom (otherwise there is no door between the kitchen and the living room).
The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting around and visiting all the main sights. And you will appreciate the quiet area around the apartment even more after a couple of days strolling down the central streets with hundreds of other visitors.
I am happy to repeat the previous reviews about Raffa and Simone - they are incredibly helpful and efficient. We met them once on arrival but during the time we stayed in Campuccio we could ask them any question/favour by email and Raffa was excellent in responding.
There are maps and direction in the place for your reference and with a free wi-fi you can book tickets, check the news and generally be in touch with the world as if you are at home.
Excellent value for money! -

Raffaella was most helpful when we arrived, sharing maps and her favorite local restaurants, grocery stores, and gelateria. The apartment was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, including a great bed for a good night's sleep. Very quiet at night, except for school recess time, when the young children are letting off steam in the schoolyard behind the apartment. If you don't need a quiet time between 13:00 and 14:30, you'll be fine. It was nice to hear the sounds of happy kids.
We are seasoned walkers, but found that this location was further than we would have liked from most of the places we wanted to visit. Although once we figured out the Florence bus system, we did better.
We appreciated the help getting a taxi to the station on the day we left.

This apartment was so much more than I expected for the price. The rooms were huge by local standard, I was expecting a much smaller space. The washing machine was a wonderful convenience. The owner was charming and left food for us to snack on when we arrived. We were there during a national holiday with fireworks and it was completely quiet in our unit. There are kids upstairs, but they are asleep by about 9:30 after which it is quiet. The Oltrarno is my favorite neighborhood in Florence because it is less tourist invaded but still close to everything. The only thing that did not work perfectly was the low-flow toilet which needed several flushings each time. I doubt anyone would find a nicer place at this price and I am glad I took a leap of faith to book in a place that does not accept credit cards. There are also two flights of stairs which would not be good for people with disabilities.
