This large and luminous holiday home is located in the wonderful Santa Croce area of Florence's historic centre, just a short walk to many of the incredible landmarks that makes the city so famous. It is a fantastic option for your vacation accommodation or long term rental in Florence.
The living area is comprised of a bright lounge, with two large windows, a fireplace, a double sofa bed, TV and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The beautiful, contemporary bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, wall-to-wall wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The apartment itself is a gem, and the location in Santa Croce is within easy walking distance to all major attractions and more. Located on the top floor (with a lift), the apartment has a large terrace facing south commanding expansive views along and across the arno, taking in the Bardini Gardens, Piazzale Michelangelo, and Ponte Grazie. Bellissimo! Facilities for outdoor dining are provided to take advantage of tranquil Florentine evenings, and sparkling night vistas. A smaller terrace facing north takes in street views of Santa Croce.
Inside there is a comfortable dining and lounge area. An added bonus is an 'office' alcove off the living area designed for setting up a computer to access the internet or use as a general computer work station. The kitchen is small but manageable, and the two refrigerators (a small one in the kitchen and larger one in the dining) were most appreciated for an extended summer stay. The bedroom is a good size and plenty of linen and towels were provided for our stay. The entire apartment is clean and obviously well looked after.
We found the apartment through apartments Florence who provided excellent professional service prior to our arrival, but the apartment owner personally welcomed us. This personal touch was most appreciated and set the foundation for our four week stay.
As regular visitors to Florence this apartment exceeded all our previous experiences. On our next visit we hope that it will be available for our stay.
