This Florence apartment rental enters into an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, TV and dining area as well as views across to the Duomo from the full-length windows.

The spiral staircase gives access to the full height loft space with a queen-size bed, contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower, a wonderful wood-beamed ceiling an...d the rooftop terrace with views across the Florentine rooftops to the surrounding hills.

To accommodate larger groups, this Florence apartment rental is located in the same building as our Laura # 2 Loft (Red) and Laura 2nd Floor apartments. Please inquire with our sales department about renting multiple apartments within same building.

  I have lived in the little blue loft @ Via Laura for over two years and am truely sad to be leaving it. It is a warm and comfortable space, with so much light. As an artist I could not have asked for better light!. The view of the Duomo from my couch via my door to nowhere never gets tiresome...and I believe I have taken a photo of it almost every night. Great Closet! good storage! The shower is amazing not something you usually find in an old city apartment. But the best part of this apartment... the large terrace that sits off the bedroom with views of Fiesole. From up there you can see almost every major building in Firenze, from Duomo to San Lorenzo To Santa Croce, Palazzo Vecchio and the Synagogue...even Piazzale Michaelangelo. I will really miss this place and of course the team at apartments Florence who have treated me like a member of their family for the past 4 years!! They are awesome!!! :)
