This elegant and charming apartment (100 sqm) totally renovated is situated in the heart of the "Oltrarno" district in an ideal position, to visit the historic centre of Florence by foot for your holiday.
The main important monuments are very close to the flat (Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza Pitti, Boboli Gardens etc..
The apartment is located on the top floor, a small lift takes you to the 5th floor and then there are 12 steps more to get to the apartment.

The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, theatres, museums and shops to satisfy any taste. Trough the medieval core of town, you can easily reach Piazza Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery etc....
"OLTRARNO" is one of the major tourist centers of the town. It's important nevertheless to point out the district still conserves the antique atmosphere of the city.
"OLTRARNO" district, where is located the apartment, is full of top-end wine bars, restaurants, gelaterias, bars and pubs, where it's possible to start a perfect Florentine evening in the best way.

This apartment is just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, on the Oltrarno side. Very close to everything--good restaurants and a great grocery store. We love the Oltrarno for its neighborhood feel.
The property managers, Cristina and her son Emanuele, were wonderful to deal with, offered a great price and were prompt in meeting us for check in and check out. We have had bad experiences with another rental agency (Windows on Italy) in terms of check-in/check out, so this was very important to us. The pictures of the apartment are accurate and it is very large for the location and price. The best view is on a terrace that's a bit hard to get to, but worth the climb.The only downside is that the furniture is a bit older, lumpy and uncomfortable. Bed was great! -

Stayed at Bardi with my husband and two teenage sons in June and really enjoyed it. Location was perfect - convenient yet quiet compared to other areas we have stayed in. The terrace is perfect for a glass of wine after a day of touring. Even though we were several hours late arriving, the Mancini's rushed to meet us and get us settled.

We really enjoyed our stay in May. The apartment is in an amazing location and right above a supermarket with lovely food, so we ate on the terrace most afternoons and evenings. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The weather was just right and we found the guy who met us friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that a promised high chair for our son never arrived, otherwise everything was great.

This property is in a great location
The aC never worked and being on the top floor it was extremely hot and loud because of leaving the windows open.
When contacting the manager they said they would call a technician.
Needless to say no one ever came by or called

I feel sorry about the incovenience you had with the ac during your stay, but unfortunately such things can sometimes happen and during summer can also happen that the damage can not be repaired straight away, because of technicians who are not immediately available to repair the damage. We called a technician straight after your claim, but unfortunately he was not able to respond as quickly as required to our call.
We are managing this apartment since several months and yours was our first complaint. We do apologize you did not feel comfortable, but please believe we did our utmost to assure you a pleasant stay and the delayed reparing service did not depend on us.
