Rosanna's fun loving personality made us feel at home in Florence! Very knowledgeable of all local events and points of interest. Apartment was beautiful! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, clean, neat all with a little taste of old world Florence. We would love to stay again! Rosanna's daughter was also lovely...brought us Valentines Cookies!

We had a such a great holiday, the apartment was located in a great place- close to the Central market, good restaurants and many big sights - Duomo. Rosana and Sharon were there to meet us, they made us feel very welcome, they were very friendly and helpful offering us lots of top tips. The apartment was bright, airy, very clean and it had all the amenities we needed - really good value for the money. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Love the fresco in the living area! Great location in the historic district of Florence. Easy to walk to the market in the morning and not too far from the train station. My two teenage daughters thought it was great. Older building, but lots of charm. Would stay there again for sure.

The apartment is in a perfect location close to all of the sites in Florence (i.e. walking distance). The owner was accommodating for our arrival and departure times. She lives close by. The apartment is also walking distance to the train station so very convenient. It is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We live in the country so we are not used anymore to city noise. Florence is a little noisy as a city.
