The apartment is ideally located one block for the accademia Museum (David) and two blocks from the Duomo. It very clean and was perfect for our family of 4. It could easily sleep two more if needed. The owners, Magda and Massimo were very helpful, and told us about some very nice places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We searched for a place in the center of Florence because we were using rail service instead of renting a car, so we found Magda. It looked great in the photos and the emails that went back and forth between the owners and myself started in perfect English and when I told them I wrote Italian (because I studied in this beautiful city) we continued in Italian. The booking could not have been easier and when we arrived a little later than anticipated, they had their son Iacopo meet us at the apartment and show us around. The first thing the our boys said when they saw the apartment was "geez, it looks much bigger than on-line!" and it does. It is very comfortably laid out with a full size bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the back bedroom, but the boys took the loft with it's 2 twin mattresses. It felt like home as soon as we got there, and it has 2 full baths and a washing machine. The a/C was a huge blessing since Italy was in a full-fledged heat wave. The other extra that we needed and was provided, was a crib for our 7 month old. We realized the first night, that eating out for dinner would be difficult with the baby so we searched out, actually fell into, our neighborhood amenities to help us create our own dinners from the wonderful products readily at hand, plus after dinner we had not one, but 2 artisinal gelato shops on our street! We walked everywhere, and getting to the train station (Firenze SMN) was a 20 minute walk for our day trips to Pisa and Venice. I can not recommend this apartment enough. Great location, very good amenities, wonderful owners, perfect Florentine get away!

This apartment is conveniently located, walking distance to a lot of attractions including the Duomo which is just down the street, Uffizie gallery and literally a stones throw away from the accademia. Just outside the building is a nice bakeshop to grab pastry and coffee in a hurry. The apartment is thoughtfully provided with full kitchen supplies, Wi-Fi ( yay), washing machine, etc. For future occupants, I would highly suggest bringing mosquito repellent, there is no a/C but there are 2 electric fans which are enough to make sleeping in warm weather comfortable.

Their unparalleled choice of location, (Location, Location, Location, remember?)the functionality of the apartment and the graceful touch of the owners guarantee a joyful stay. Whenever I am in Florence I rent this apartment and I have recommended this apartment to my friends and family who thanked me upon return.

I love Florence!! Being able to have our own "home away from home' near all the major sights in Florence, is fantastic. The Magda apartment is very comfortable, with 2 large bedrooms, plus the loft with sleeping facilities. I love the little kitchen...we walked to the San ambrogio market, got our food, then cooked our meals. Just like home...in fact, we only ate dinner out two times during our stay. From the apartment, we were only 3 blocks from the Duomo. We walked everywhere!! The train station is a 20 minutes walk, as is the bus station. Our hosts, Massimo and Magda, are the most gracious people on the planet. We love them. I highly recommend any of the apartments owned by InCentro.
