Sitting on the hills over Florence Villa Valliana just about 15 minutes from the centre but at the same time in absolute Chianti Fiorentine area. The villa was built during the Middle Ages, the owner who is from an architect familiy, put special attention to maintain the originality and at the same time with all modern comforts. The stone walls, roof with wooden beams and terracotta pavement and bathroom's travertine marbles have been retained. But it has all modern facilities and it can accomodate 22 guests comfortably. The estate extends on 60 hectares of forest with olive grooves and a splendid garden of lemons and roses around to the vill...a, where you can go for endless walking in the shady area. The swimming pool , of 10 x 5 metres is in the midst of an olive grove.Sun-umbrella and deck-chairs are put at your disposal. You have an external barbeque on the terrace. The villa has two floors On the ground floor you have a large living room with fireplace, a dinning room with fireplace and a large dinning table where 22 people can dine together. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and wooden oven to make pizza. You have a double bedroom with en suite bathroom which has handicap accessibility. On the first floor you have a small living room, 8 bedrooms in which 4 are double bedrooms, 3 twin rooms and a single room . All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and wardrobes. From two bedrooms you can enjoy the magnificent view of \"The Duomo of Florence\" and from other bedrooms you can view the peaceful Tuscan countryside. All the rooms are tastefully furnished with modern lights and contemporary arts. The villa can be rented for 14 people and during that period part of the villa is locked. For more the 20 guests it is possible to add a double sofa bed in the loft of the dependence, but it better for a family with two children because only one bathroom is available in this dependence. The apartment is completely furnished with all modern amenities and is a wonderful villa for those who would like to be close to the city,enjoy nice views and the comfort of home in a quiet and security residential estate.
