The 19th Century Villa del Bianca is located 8 kms just outside of Florence. The property enjoys a large garden with cypress trees, lemon trees, typical century old Tuscan trees and also olive groves are scattered around. Here in the garden you will also find the ancient terracotta urns which were originally used to store the oil. The olives lead to the pool which has panoramic views over Florence and guarantees privacy for the guests. White marble engravings decorate the entrance door. A long corridor in antique wooden floor leads into the villa. On the right is a kitchen and dining room featuring a fireplace. The dining room can comfortably... seat 16 people. The kitchen is made of white and green marble and looks very Tuscan which the unique sink in ancient white marble. It is fully equipped with large oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Italian and American coffee makers, electric juicer, food processor, ice cream maker and ham slicer. The living room is bright and well furnished with Satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi with CD player, two large and comfortable sofa, and armchairs. The French door in the living room has direct access to the well maintained large garden which has a gazebo and a BBQ. The garden is also furnished with tables and chairs for our door dining. There is a swimming pool that has a panoramic view of the Florence City. There are deck chairs close to the bed for total relaxation. There are 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the villa. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, has heating, mosquito screens. On the ground floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with tub); one of the bedrooms has en-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom has a cute little balcony. A lovely wooden staircase leads to the tower of the villa which has been transformed into a suite. There are 2 other bedrooms in the tower and share a bathroom with shower. The villa has a laundry room with washing machine, lines to dry clothes, iron and ironing board and a freezer. On arrival, guests receive a welcome basket which includes a welcome drink and refreshments of local and season products. Florence, Volterre, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Cinqueterre are at an easy driving distance from the villa.Read more
