The apartment is perfectly located near Duomo, practically in the middle of everything, within walking distance to most of the attractions.
With large and high rooms, beautifully decorated and big windows, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with anything you might need. Even if in March we didn't need aC, it's good to know that the apartment has fans both in living and bedroom. The area is safe and there are plenty of restaurants all around.
Our host, Luca, has been very kind and helpful and speaks flawless English.

We would 100% recommend staying in this apartment (and plan on doing so again ourselves). It is a beautifully restored one bedroom just a block away from the Duomo, a 5-minute walk from the train station, and the best cappuccinos are right down the street (can't remember the name of the cafe but it ends with a "ski" and is right across from the Hard Rock). The building itself is filled with the classic Florentine charm: vaulted ceilings, marble stairs, huge wooden doors - and it's pretty quiet considering how centrally located it is. The bed in the bedroom has plenty of room for two, and the couch bed feels like a tempurpedic (definitely not your average pullout sofa). Plus the bathroom is brand new and even has a heated towel rack! We were three ladies sharing the place and had plenty of space for clothes and never once ran out of hot water. Everything you'd need is stocked in the kitchen: microwave, toaster, full sets of dishes and glasses, utensils, even a dishwasher. The owner was incredibly helpful and accessible, always responding to any text or phone call. We just cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment!
