The Apartment is situated on the second floor (no lift). It includes a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large kitchen and dining area. In the living room that looks over the historical city wall there is a double bed pull out couch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. All amenities that include pots, pans, cutlery plate, cooking equipment. Olive Oil, Coffee, salt, tea, sugar is supplied.
The bathroom has a box hand held shower. All amenities that include towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and soap.

Situated in the most beautiful local neighborhood of the city centre. San Niccolo is on the Oltra-arno. A pleasant stroll from the Ponte Vecchio and other famous sites of the historical centre.
You will find a selection of fantastic restaurants, pizzeria and wine bars. A lovely bar to enjoy a cappuccino in the morning.
Our local bakery has the best Florentine Foccaccia bread in town. You can purchase the delicious warm bread daily. You will also find a selection of home cooked meals available in take-away containers.
You will also find a butchers, fruit and vegetable store, tabacchi where you can purchase stamps and a small grocery store.
Situated just out of the historical area where only residence can park. You will be able to arrive directly in front of the apartment with your car to drop off luggage. You can then park just meters away.

My husband and I spent a very enjoyable week, our children had the right space to play and it was comfortable to be on vacation like in a home. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and nice, very well equipped, and Linda very helpful for every need.
Sure, the stairs just a bit narrow to deal with two young children, but we were on vacation in two and then we got;-)
Also find free parking was not a problem.
Certainly we come back! -

Linda was a great hostess! She was very responsive to all my questions before we arrived and was very helpful upon our arrival. She helped us gain our bearings as to where we were in Florence and were we had to go...The apartment was very well stocked with the basics and there was plenty of room to spread out. There was wi-fi which was a great help to access information when I needed it. The location was great as we could walk everywhere. Linda even came to say good-bye with some delicious, fresh donut type pastries.
