Very modern and elegant apartment in the San Niccolo' area of the city center.
Just completely renovated, with an eye to details and functional use of space. Old furniture meet modern ones in a very particular style.
This apartment has three areas: kitchen, dining room and bedroom in the wooden loft. All areas are connected making the house bright and open
The kitchen has a very special grey surface and a stone wall, furnished, with electric plates, electric oven, a microwave oven, washing machine, and three sits next to a high table.
The dining room has a sofa which opens to a bed, plasma TV, and a dinning table.

What can I say, I just love San Niccolò district, it still has the magic atmosphere of an ancient Florence of colourful houses, ancient walls, hidden streets and gardens, and ancient stairways...
There are several good restaurants, cafes, places for the 'aperitivo', and the bus stop is just on the riverside.
You can easy walk to reach the Santa Croce and Duomo area, just cross the river. On the left, you can walk through the Oltrarno area, the Old Bridge, Pitti Palace and the Boboli Garden.
