Beautiful Loft, 2+2 sleeps , located in one of the most characteristic district in Florence, very close to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti (only 20 mt far).
On the first floor of a small (only two floors) historic XIV century building, it has been recently renovated in a youthful way.
It is a charming sleeping accommodation for 4 people.
The apartment, in the Oltrarno area , is very quiet. It is located in Via dello Sprone, close to the well known Piazza della Passera.
The apartment has terracotta floor and ceiling beams.
The bathroom has been lately completely renovated.

We were in Europe for almost a month, but this apartment was by far the most wonderful place we stayed--and the best price. There is a spacious dining/living area, a compact but full kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub! The area is fantastic--very near the Pontevecchio and the sights, but in an area that is not full of tourists. And close to eveything you would need. There is even a washing machine.
And Barbara was wonderful--kind, thoughtful and extremely helpful.
The apartment is up one flight of stairs, which is very doable.
And the bed is in a loft up a ladder.
We would love to stay there again.
