Home to Michelangelo's David, Leonardo da Vinci's Annunciation, and Fra Filippo Lippi's Madonna with Child, Florence has some pretty amazing art which surely must be seen by all. The great thing about this apartment in Italy is that it's all walking distance away! Spacious, light, and elegantly furnished, this apartment in the center of Florence will be a great place for a family or friends to spend the holidays.

This apartment is situated in a 17th century palazzo near the Arno River. It is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator.

[190m2] Second floor: There is a spacious living room with couches, a TV [loc...al channels only], and a DVD player. There is a dining room with a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, each with two 90 cm single beds [which can be connected upon prior request]. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower, and separate tub and the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.

The apartment is located in the center of Florence and is within walking distance of art galleries, museums, designer shops, restaurants, markets, and cafes. A rich history that has led to being one of the most culturally significant cities in Europe, Florence is full of life and places to see such as the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. The train and bus stations [located next to each other] are within walking distance, for day trips to Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Rome, etc. Uffizi Gallery: 700 meters Il Duomo: 600 meters Ponte Vecchio: 600 meters Santa Maria Novella railway station: 500 meters
