Located in the heart of Florence, this rental apartment is situated above a prestigious 17th century palazzo and is decorated in traditional Florentine style of the utmost elegance. You'll know you've found something special when your own apartment has original frescos on its ceilings.

This apartment is situated in a 17th century palazzo near the Arno River. It is situated on the third floor of a building without an... elevator.

[200m2] Third floor [80 steps]: The living room is furnished with couches, armchairs, TV [local channels only], and large windows allowing lots of light to come through. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher as well as a dining table with chairs. There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom has two 85 cm narrow single beds [which can be connected upon prior request to form a queen-size bed] and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a 170 cm queen-size bed. The third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms each have two 85 cm narrow single beds [which can be connected upon prior request to form queen-size beds]. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower and the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.

The apartment is located in the center of Florence and is within walking distance of art galleries, museums, designer shops, restaurants, markets, and cafes. A rich history that has led to being one of the most culturally significant cities in Europe, Florence is full of life and places to see such as the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. The train and bus stations [located next to each other] are within walking distance, for day trips to Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Rome, etc.

  We had a great time at the Villa, and I will recommend to others.
  
  The owner was sweetheart and was very helpful and accommodating. The location is one of the best and we could easily get anywhere on foot in 10 minutes.
