Antique apartment located in Florence in the Oltrarno area. It is ideal for short term rentals. It can host up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

External Description:

It is on the first floor, with elevator , of a building on Costa San Giorgio.Thanks to the presence of other apartments in the same building, "Palazzo San Giorgio," it is possible to rent out multiple apartments for a group of friends or a large family, it can sleep up to 32 people.

Internal Description:

The apartment (80 sq.mt / 262 sq.ft) has 2... bedrooms and has an antique style. It can host up to 4 people and has 2 bathrooms. On the first level there is the spacious living room with dining area, terrace with a garden space for total relax, a double bedroom, corner kitchen, and bathroom with shower. On the upper level there is the master bedroom with bathroom with shower. The apartment is elegant and well styled, with parquet floors.

Our Personal Opinion:

Ideal for a couple of a family looking for a short term rental. This apartment truly allows for a comfortable stay in one of the best cities in the world.

Included in the price: utility bills for rentals up to 60 days, final cleaning, condo expenses, agency fee and taxes

Excluded from the price: telephone calls made using the apartment phone, utility bills for rentals over 60 days (charges based on meter readings); contract registration fee for rentals over 30 days. The contract is in the Italian language and the fee is equal to 1% of the total rental price (with the minimum fee being 33,50€) plus 30,00€ for revenue stamps.

Security Deposit:

All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted).   My wife and I were in Florence to attend a wedding in Fiesole and to spend time at the Pitti Palace and the Bardini Museum and Garden. The apartment was ideally located, was beautifully decorated, and well equipped. Its terrace was our favorite attraction. I would recommend the apartment to persons visiting Florence so long as they do not plan to be in the apartment when we are planning to return.
