For your short term rental in Florence choose Salterelli. It is a bright, spacious one bedroom apartment with private entrance located in the heart of Florence right between the famous Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Signoria and sleeps up to three people.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building (16 steps to climb once inside) and has a private entrance. The windows of the bedroom offer a pleasant view over Piazza Saltarelli. The apartment is very bright and quiet.

The apartment (55sqm) has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 3 people. There are 16 steps to climb to reach the kitchen, dining area, the l...iving room with a pull out sofa (135 cm), the bathroom with shower and the charming master bedroom. The apartment floors are in parquet.

Excluded from the price:For rentals of 60 days or longer, utilities are charged per consumption for electricity and Utility charges per month: Gas 20 Euro, Water 20 Euro.

Security Deposit:

All clients staying up to 14 days will have to grant 300,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card, while for stays between 14 days and 60 days the guests will have to grant 1000,00€ as deposit with a valid credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted).   The apartment is one block from thr Uffuzi, and very quiet. While there was a problem with a leak in the roof from the bathroom above us, this was obviously not the fault of the apartment, and did not impact on our stay at all. We were very happy with this apartment, and would stay here again.

  "The location of the Salterelli apartment (just off Piazza Vecchio and the heart of Florence) can't be beat. 10 minutes walk to the rail station, less than five to the Uffizi and the river and only 15 minutes to Piazzale Michelangelo and stunning views of Florence (that was my morning jog for three months!).  The apartment has it's own entry from the street, making it a quiet and private hideaway.  I loved the decor and appreciated the large bedroom, excellent (hot!) shower and full kitchen including washer/dryer and gas stove. The king size bed is devine and I really enjoyed perusing the Florence-themed books in the large bookshelf.  The air conditioning is amazing and in the midst of a Florence heatwave I felt like I was the only cool resident in the city.  This is a very old building so it has a few electrical and plumbing quirks (more irritating in winter than spring or summer), but they are more than made up for by the many pluses of life in Piazza Salterelli.  "

  This is a lovely apartment obviously close to everything you want to do/see in Florence. It's nice having your own entrance and the ability to close off the bedroom or kitchen (for airconditioning and to contain food odours). My only caveat would be the incredible noise from the neighbors...however there is no street noise which is unusual in central Florence. The owner really needs to add Internet access which is fairly common in quality rentals. Question: How did you find the booking proceedure? Excellent. Online availability is great. Question: How did you find the Check In service: Excellent. Thanks for waiting for me on Sunday afternoon! Question: Quality of the bathrooms: Excellent. Best shower I've had in 7 months of travelling and unlimited hot water! The best is great too - just like home.

  I had a wonderful stay in the Salterelli apartment and would definitely
  recommend it. It is very comfortable and spacious and is very well equipped
  with everything you could need. The location is FANTASTIC! The apartment is
  right beside Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi gallery. It is within walking
  distance to all other major attractions in Florence.
