The Smile is a modern, well furnished 2 bedroom tourist rental in Florence located near the San Lorenzo church in Via San Zanobi. The apartment's wonderful rooftop terrace offers unique views over Florence and the hills around Fiesole.

External Description:

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator (72 steps) in a small Palazzo, it is very quite and from the terrace you will enjoy a perfect view of the city. The interior can boast beautiful floors in cotto and original beamed ceilings, whose restoration ended last June 2006.

Interior Description:

Smile is a two bedroom apartment (80sqm) that can sleep... up to 4 people. Placed at the third floor (no elevator, 72 steps), is set on different levels. At the entrance is a wide hall with reading area, then going upstairs (11 steps), you find the double bedroom in loft. The floor of this bedroom is made of glass and the ceiling is designed in red-brick vaults. At the upper level (12 steps) is a living room with pull-out double sofa bed (160 cm), dining room, well-equipped kitchen, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. The living room faces onto the panoramic terrace (about 8 sqm).

Excluded from the price: For rentals of less than 2 months: final cleaning (40,00 euros). For rentals of 2 months and over: utilities upon consumption and final cleaning (80,00 euros).

Security Deposit:

On arrival guests will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee for the security deposit for the following amounts:

- For rentals of 14 days or less: 1000€

- For rentals of 15 days or more: 2000€

- For rentals of 60 days or more the deposit shall be equal to 2 month’s rent.

  We liked the apartment Smile as it is centrally located ...useless to say that the terrace is just stunning and it was soooo beautiful to sit and relax in the sun for breakfast or after our tours in the city. We liked the originality of the furniture and design and will definetely come back soon!

  "The apartment Smile was really located in the centre of Florence, close to the typical and lively neighbourhood of San Lorenzo where we would buy fresh veggies and fruit at the market. From the stunning terrace you get a spectacular view.. it felt almost like being on the cupola of the Duomo!"

  The view is spectacular and the neighborhood in overall extremely peaceful. We would recommend eating out at Osteria Cinghiale Bianco across the Arno .
