This charming apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator in the historical center of Florence and it is an ideal space for a family or a group of friends since up to 6 can be comfortably accommodated. T...he Wagner apartment combines the Florentine charm of high ceiling and exposed beam architecture with the comfort and style of contemporary furnishings and appliances.

The master bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed and an a wardrobe for guests’ belongings. While, the second bedroom features two single beds as well as a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. The welcoming living-dining area accommodates a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for the fifth and sixth guest, two armchairs and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is modern and functional and comes fully equipped with everything the guests might need to prepare a meal or a snack. Finally, two modern and fresh bathrooms complete the apartment and both of them have a shower unit and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival ...This apartment also includes air conditioning (in all rooms), heating and wireless internet connection to provide the guests with the maximum level of comfort.

  Great location, close to Santa Maria Novella station. The agent (Sid) was waiting when we arrived and let us in and showed us around. The apartment is large with plenty of space and well furnished, with a nice kitchen for self catering. It has a 1 bathroom, a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a second master bedroom with ensuite. The apartment was tidy but the shower was not clean and did not drain (clogged with hair?) and the floors were pretty dirty.
  The apartment is noisy but I guess this is common for Florence. Unfortunately during our stay the toilet in the main bathroom started leaking into the stairwell below. We contacted the agent and a plumber was called and subsequently shut off the toilet. This meant that we all needed to use the ensuite toilet which was quite a disruption, especially at night. Upon leaving we asked for some compensation for the disruption and were offered a refund. After prolonged (> 2 months) of correspondance with Friendly Rentals we are yet to receive the 100 Euro compensation they offered. A leaking toilet is not their fault but the way it has been dealt with, with false offers of compensation, is far from professional.

  Appartement bien situé, tout près de la gare et à quelques minutes de marche du Duomo. Bien confortable, avec toutes les commodités.
