The Bloom Apartment has been fully renovated with high quality materials and tasteful finishing touches, and is located on the second floor of an old building, with lift. The room are distributed over two floors, and expertly functional and aesthetic elements, with a harmonious blend of attractiv...e modern style and older, more classic elements, giving the place its very own captivating character.

The entrance leads to a large, spacious living room furnished with a large sofa and decorated with a modern fireplace and a 42” flatscreen television. On the same floor you’ll find the dining room, with a glass table and six chairs, the impeccably equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and washbasin, in an attractive, modern style. A modern wooden staircase leads to the bedroom area, where the eye is drawn to the exposed stone walls and sloped wooden ceilings, with two elegant bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom each (one with bidet and toilet, the other with shower) and a loft-style room with two sofa beds.

Further advantages include central heating, air conditioning, satellite television, wireless internet access, washing machine and dryer, for maximum convenience and comfort.

  Spacious family friendly apartment in central Florence

  This recently renovated apartment is well equipped for travelling with a family. We were with our 19 and 21 year old children and loved this place. The bathroom situation is slightly quirky as the main bedroom has a bathroom with no shower. There is a bathroom off the 2nd bedroom and an additional bathroom off the lounge. The kitchen is modern and adequate as is the laundry. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and was in a great spot and,although the road was quite busy, the apartment was situated at the back and had a leafy outlook and was very quiet. The lady who managed it was really helpful and when we had an issue with the hot water she arrived with 30 minutes.

  Gorgeous luxury apartment

  I have been meaning to review the Bloom apartment since our visit back in May. We usually go for a nice 4* hotel when embarking on a city break like this but as there were 5 of travelling, we thought an apartment would be more economical.
  
  I am so glad that we decided to do this, the apartment was a dream come true. The decor was stunning, I would have loved to have brought most of the furniture home with me. Our bathroom was lovely with a glass panel behind the shower overlooking the upstairs landing (frosted of course!). Despite being in the city centre, the apartment was peaceful.
  
  The apartments themselves are located on the 4th floor of the building, above a hotel, which was a little confusing when we arrived but we soon found our way. There is a lift but it only holds two people, so if you're in a group you may want to get the younger ones to take the stairs...
  
  The Duomo was a 10-15 minute walk away from the apartment, depending on how quick you are walking. Lots of gorgeous boutique shops on the walk down there.
