You enter the apartment through a large entrance (14 sqm - Southern Exposure) which has a window overlooking the courtyard. It includes a sofa, coffee table, two chairs and a dresser.

Corridor (9m ²) connects the input to other parts of the apartment. It has a hanger and two low wooden tables.

The living, spacious (31 m² - South exposure), has 2 windows facing the street. It consists of a sitting area with sofa bed, a library, a TV and a piano. The dining a...rea includes a large table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen (9 sqm - Northern Exposure) has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is fully equipped with a complete kitchen utensils, a stove, a refrigerator and microwave. It has a wooden table with 4 chairs.

The master bedroom (17 sqm - South exposure) has a window facing courtyard uen. It includes a double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe, two rocking chairs, coffee table and a wooden desk with a chair.

The second bedroom (9 m² - Northern Exposure) has a window overlooking the courtyard interior. It is furnished with two single beds, a nightstand and dresser.

Le quartier de Fortezza da Basso est un quartier résidentiel, réservé et calme. Il est délimité au nord par les collines qui entourent la ville et au sud par la rivière Mugnone, affluent de l’Arno. Ce quartier élégant abrite une des écoles les plus renommées et anciennes de la ville (le lycée classique Dante). L’appartement se situe dans une zone résidentielle, dans le sud du quartier, à la limite du quartier San Lorenzo. De nombreux commerces de bouches et magasins de proximité se trouvent à deux pas. Ce quartier est très bien desservi avec des bus menant partout dans la ville. Le très beau Jardin de l’Horticulture, doté d’une magnifique serre où il est possible de déguster un apéritif, se trouve à 7 minutes à pied de l’appartement. Non loin également, la Fortezza da Basso et son jardin verdoyant, forteresse des Médicis datant du 16ème siècle aujourd’hui utilisée pour des expositions internationales tel que le salon de la Haute-couture.  Le centre historique est à 15-20 minutes à pied.
