This spacious third-floor apartment (60 m2) with no elevator access has a magnificent view of the city's ancient ramparts. The layout, terra cotta floors, and tasteful furnishings lend charm to the apartment. A separate entrance (12 m² - south facing) with a window overlooking the yard also serves as a dining room and has a glass-top table, four chairs, a storage unit, and a radio. A hallway (5 m² - east facing) with a window overlooking the yard runs from the entrance to the bedroom. The living room (23 m² - north facing) faces the street and has a trundle sofa-bed, a small table, two lamps, and a buffet. The bedroom (18 m...² - south facing) is quite large and overlooks the yard and the city's ancient ramparts. The room contains two single beds, a bedside table, a closet, and a dresser. The kitchen (6.5 m² - north facing) opens onto the yard and has all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need, a mini-oven, a fridge, a gas stove, and a wrought iron table and chairs.
