This just restructured cozy apartment is situated on the third floor of an elegant nineteenth-century palace with elevator.
The 55 sqm two-room flat has very bright windows facing the Fiesole hill; it has a loft with a queen-size bed and a large living room with a sofa-bed; two bathrooms, a furnished kitchen, laundry. I often have the opportunity to pay a visit to this wonderful city, and I really found myself comfortable living in this two-floor flat really close to the Duomo.
The 19th century building is magnificent, and the apartment is cozy and functional. It’s equipped with anything you may need. Moreover, the owner mrs. Annarita lives just next to it and she is really nice and warm, as well as eager to help and give advises.
Next time I’ll go to Florence I’ll surely stay there again! -

I rented this apartment for five weeks and loved it. It was spacious enough that when I hosted my two sisters for a week, we were quite comfortable and not cramped at all. Having two bathrooms was great and there's lots of storage space for things like suitcases. The kitchen is small but fine for cooking meals, which I did most of the time I was there. You will appreciate the lift after a long day's sightseeing.
The location is great - easy walk into central Florence, with a small grocery store and other shops on Via San Gallo. There's also a bigger grocery store about a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
The landlady is lovely and always happy to help with things like arranging for a taxi to the airport. -

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and we found our apartment right away. We went up the elevator to the third floor and we were pleasantly surprised on how large our apartment was. Having two bathrooms was great for two women traveling. The apartment had a great view, it was clean, and had a well furnished kitchen that we cooked in quite often. The location was perfect because you could walk anywhere in the city without having to take a taxi. One of the benefits of this apt is that the land lord lives next door and since we don't speak any italian they were so kind to set up the taxi for us the morning we left. If you are looking for a nice clean apt in Florence I would highly recommend this apt.

My girlfriend and I took a girls week trip to see my daughter and this apt had everything we needed. It was clean - had two bathrooms a plus for two women traveling and a kitchen that my daughter could cook lunch and dinner for us since she is in culinary school. I would highly recommend this apartment - and if you need anything the owners are very close.
