    Additional Location Information

I do not live in Florence and household management is entrusted to a trustworthy person who takes care of everything. A transaction has been put in touch with my contact guests to Florence for the final agreements.
I expect respect for places that offer and I care very much, I have unfortunately had to deal with people is not always good, now I'm more careful ask something more in economic terms because they offer a beautiful house with all the comforts in a stately 'era in the historical center of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

      Wonderful location

Left on 04/03/2013 for a stay in March 2013

The strategic location near Santa Croce in Gerusalemme is ideal for exploring the city.
The apartment is located in a historic building really fascinating and is equipped with all the comforts to accommodate at least four people. There is also a garage in the immediate vicinity (the car does not absolutely need to get around the city center) and many typical Tuscan restaurants (for those who want to eat at home, however, there is a fully equipped kitchen). Great stay, good for families too.

      Accommodations - fine ... service - great

Left on 02/14/2013 for a stay in January 2013

Accommodations were fine - four floor walk-up without lift was no problem except with suitcases - there was a double bed in one room and a single in the other but they were so close I could hear everything coming from the other room. The loft (sleeping area) was a bit dark and close to the ceiling so I could hear what was going on in the floor above. Kitchen was nice to have. Bathroom was good - always had hot water. Absolutely no problem getting the key and having all questions answered when I was there. Booking was no problem - owner was great.

Response from Rita Falai Pugliese - 02/25/2013

Our house is situated on the third floor (not fourth) of an ancient building, a convent, built in the XVII century. Often in the historical center there aren't elevators. But from the windows you can see a very beautiful view. We made some changes to create a better space to live in and created a loft with two bedrooms, the intent of those modification was to have places to sleep comfortable not places to live the house. Those two ambients have also an original wood roof, but it isn't very high and not so bright, especially in winter, when this person has been our guest. The living room is wide and very light during all seasons.
The contest all around is the heart of Florence, the house is situated in a strategic location, few steps by the Dome, as to many people one of the most beautiful city all over the world, we are very sorry this person didn't like the location but we assure this is a wonderful house and we want to make sure your vacation experience is uninhibited. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to address your questions.

A very nice place to stay

Left on 12/25/2012 for a stay in June 2011

Everything was ok. An ancient building is, for me, an excellent location to spend my holiday. The house is a perfect mix of modern and ancient. The price really cheap and the only diccicult as been to reach the third floor. In the center often there isn't the elevator.
