Description

Very cozy fully equipped En-suit house with gated private garden. We are located between Joaquina and Campeche beaches, which make it ideal to chill out while enjoying the island. The house is only a few steps away from a beautiful natural lagoon, Lagoa Pequena, where you can go for a dip after the beach or simply sit on the deck to enjoy the gorgeous view. Our neighbourhood, Rio Tavares, is friendly, safe and offers all the basic amenities such as ATM, coffee house, bakery, supermarket, restaurants (local seafood cuisine, Japanese, Italian, burgers, BBQ).

We will assist you make the best of your stay.

Surf, kite surf, Stand Up Paddle, Beach Tennis are the most popular sports of the island accessible just a few steps away from our guest house. Water sports such as paddling, surf, kiteboard lessons can be arranged prior to your arrival as well as yoga classes.

Public transportation is available just around the corner, with buses to the famous Lagoa da Conceição (15 min away), downtown (25 min away), and connect to beaches such as Mole, Barra Da Lagoa, Jurerê and so on. Floripa International Airport is only 8km away.

There buses around the corner but lately guests have been using more uber. The island is big so to get to know it well is better to have a car, no matter where you start.

Excellent staying in Florianopolis, close to the beach, lake and supermarket. The room is clean, cosy and Debora is a lovely host! Higly recommended

How do damage deposits work?
