This beautiful Florianopolis vacation home is American-owned and has all the luxuries of an American home, including a private hot tub in the back yard. It is located just steps from the most beautiful & popular beaches in Florianopolis (Praia Mole beach). Praia Mole beach is famous for its abundant beautiful people and big pumping surf. It's also the most conveniently located beach for vacationers due to it's close proximity to a majority of Florianopolis nightlife and restaurants.

The condo complex is located directly across the street from Praia Mole beach, the best location on the island! It's a gated cul-de-sac community, which backs up to the jungle and private nature trails that lead to the beautiful & tranquil lagoon. At the end of the cul-de-sac (1 door away), there is abundant additional parking. There is also a small playground for children inside the complex 4 doors down. The bus runs by the complex at least twice per hour for easy public transportation. I can also provide you with numbers to private taxi services and great rates for car rentals from an English-speaking company that will drive you from the airport to the home in your rental car.
Praia Mole beach has at least 6 bars/restaurants, which means you're just steps away from lots of beach action and places to eat during the day. In high season, at least 2 bars/restaurants have a live DJ (which usually involves afternoon & evening dancing too) for the perfect Florianopolis beach party vibe! It doesn't get any better!!! There's no need to sit in high-season afternoon traffic here. Walk to the beach and crawl home if you need to!!!

My wife an I had a great time staying in Don's condo in Florianopolis right by Praia Mole beach. The condo was big, clean and the hot tub was great. Booking process and check in/check out were easy, Don is a good communicator and his guide is helpful. Definitely rent a car from the airport as taxi service is difficult in this part of Brazil, we are really glad we had a car and it was easy to find the condo from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Don's house for one month. I'ts a beautiful house, very clean and great proximity to the best surf beach on the island. I had absolutely no issues and if I find the time I would love to come back. If you are into any type of water sports as well as paragliding and sand dune boarding this place is perfect. Also the nightlife is amazing as well.
