I was very impressed with the decor, location and fully furnished kitchen in this condo. I like the higher bar height of the chairs and table on the deck so the railing is not in your beautiful beach view. It is a quiet area of the beach and out of alot of the main traffic depending on the season and time of day.I would stay here again for sure.

We could not have been happier with unit 311. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the Gulf. The Island Princess complex is in a great location and easy to get in and out of. When we come back to Ft. Walton Beach, we will definitively try to get this unit again.

Stayed several times in the same bldg. This unit was very clean & Organized. I have 20-vacation rentals in West Palm Beach and own a cleaning service. Location, service and cleaniness of this condo is the best !!

This was our 1st visit to this part of Florida. The condo was spotless and was so comfortable for our family to spend the week. There's nothing negative I can say about the condo itself or Kimberly Lang Rentals. We chose to stay here during fall break so there were a lot of people on the beach everyday. Probably a bit more crowded than we are used to, but I'm sure it was the week we chose! I've bookmarked this unit so when we return to this area, we know where to stay!
Our family prefers to eat where the locals eat, as opposed to the tourist traps on the main drag. Took a few days to find some good ones so research before you get there. Try The Shrimp Basket. Great food and cheap! -

The Island Princess was a very comfortable condo, well maintained and comfortable. The location was very convenient.
