Welcome to Follynesia, where Polynesia meets Folly Beach! The owners have decorated this unit to reflect their love of Tiki and Polynesian Pop culture. From the bamboo trim and woven lauhala covered walls, to the Papua New Guinea style masks and Tiki themed pop art, they have tried to create a space that feels like a classic Tiki bar. Great location. Room was clean and pleasant to stay in, and communication with the owner was straightforward and easy by email. Room cleaning rate was higher than I would have liked at $85, though I understand the location right next to the beach will tend to be a higher rate. Overall we were happy with our stay.

This condo worked great for our little family (2 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 baby). We could easily walk to the beach and were right over all the shops and restaurants. Very well decorated and taken care of inside (kitchen had everything we needed). The outside of the building is not so desirable, mostly bc you have to access it through the smelly back alley/parking lot, where all the garbage & dumpsters of the nearby restaurants are located. But- it didn't bother us much since all was fine in the condo and once out of the alley.
Also, the manager of the property was wonderfully nice and helpful and even brought us a pack-n-play to use. He was easy to contact and quickly arrived when we had a minor issue (we couldn't figure out the air conditioning).
We would definitely stay here again. We loved Folly Beach! -
