My family traveled to Folly Beach for our son's wedding in September. We were absolutely thrilled with our accommodations. Very clean, well managed, convenient, and relaxing. Perfect for a family vacation! Beautiful view of the beach and pier from our oceanfront balcony and the villas are very roomy and quiet. We will definitely return and will also use avocet Management for future rental needs.

The people at your office were very friendly when I picked up and dropped off my keys. The Villa was very clean and update, love the laundry service so I don't have to bring sheets and towels.

This was not our first stay at OFV. We have stayed for years in different units. This unit is like the others, it did not have as much kitchen utensils as the others we have stayed in, but we made due. We love the pools right on the ocean. We LOVE Folly Beach and we love OFV. The beach is not very crowded especially compared to Myrtle Beach!! Avocet is close, they are always willing to answer questions and they are very friendly. This is our family's favorite vacation spot for good!
