This was our first rental experience at Folly Beach. We found it quite by accident while in Charleston for a 5K run. Avocet Properties was the first rental place we came to, and the staff was lovely to deal with. They were more than accomodating in showing us rental properties-we had a bad experience in the past renting at another beach, and make it a point never to rent a property that we have not actually seen. Charleston Oceanfront Villas far surpassed our exectations. The property was beautifully maintained, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and had the best oceanfront view. The location was perfect. We parked the car upon arrival on Saturday, and did not drive the entire week, as shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. There were many dining options, and the prices were quite reasonable for a resort town. Folly Beach natives are some of the nicest people we've ever met! We throughly enjoyed our week and hope to rent the same property next year. The only negative was that the week went way too fast.

It turned out to be just what we expected and matched what was advertised. It
was right on the beach with a great view of the water and the condo was nice.
It was clean, the beds and furnishings were comfortable and it had everything
we needed for a great family vacation. June turned out to be a great month to
visit Folly Beach. The ocean and the pool water were warm and the ocean
waves were a lot of fun. We also found lots of great places to eat in
Charleston. -

We received great service both before, during, and at the end of our stay. We have told others of our experience and hope they will decide to stay. The location is central to everything there and Charleston is just minutes away. Everything within the unit was in good working order and included all things as promised. We liked the location best and cannot think of anything to complain about. One minor situation on check out was resolved on the spot to my satisfaction.

This is a wonderful & convenient place to stay and enjoy the ocean. You are also conveniently located to sightsee Charleston and other historic sites. Our villa was completely furnished with all our needs. Oceanfront Villas has been our vacation spot for the last 9 years.
