This house is well-equipped and very comfortable for one or two families. It has everything you need for a weeklong stay. There is a charcoal grill under the house that we put to good use although the property description doesn't mention it. Screened porch is very nice, and our son could ride his bike around in the big paved parking area under the house. Only complaint is that the beach access boardwalk doesn't go very far - you have to hoof it (dragging cooler, etc.) over two dunes to get to the beach. Not a big deal for me but it might be for others. This might be a Folly Beach regulation, though, since I didn't see many homes with ramps going all the way to the beach. Would rent again!

We spent a wonderful "Thanksgiving" weekend at the Back Home. Throughly enjoyed the front porch and cooking my turkey with such a great view of the ocean.
The house is perfect with the exception of a very small TV (we were there during football season) and the sofas and chairs were not as comfortable as my husband would have liked.
We are thinking about booking a house for the New Year's weekend this year, but wish the rates could be a little less expensive, especially for those who are repeat customers.
