The open floor plan will bring your family together providing that special vacation you have been waiting for. It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1 King bed, 2 Queens and the twin sleeper sofa can accommodate 7 people. Large flatscreen television in the livingroom along with a flatscreen tv in each bedroom, comfortable furnishing, hardwood floors and breathtaking views of the ocean will guarantee that special time. Wireless internet, Cable TV, DVD/VCR, Washer/Dryer are just a few amenities to mention. The sunroom is the perfect spot to enjoy the... best view on the beach and to soak in the sun. Private beach access, outside shower, open sundeck and the list goes on. This home is non smoking and does not allow pets.

  We were pleasantly surprised at how nice Circe was! My favorite place was the sunroom, looking directly out on the ocean. The only negative was that the sheets on the master bed obviously had not been changed. The management took care of this immediately. The beach was very nice, and not too crowded. We especially liked how dark and quiet our part of the island was at night.
  We really appreciated Avocet's attention to our inquiries. When our son broke his wrist skim boarding, Avocet's advice to us for getting the right medical help was greatly appreciated.
  We definitely want to return to Folly Island, Avocet, and Circe!

  Excellent Vacation Rental

  This was our second time staying at this property and the first time with it being managed by Avocet Properties. We did find one of the mattresses in one bedroom to sag precipitously towards the middle and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We called the Avocet Properties management and they immediately contacted the property owner about this problem. Within a business day we were contacted by Avocet and advised that a new queen size mattress would be delivered that day and indeed it was. Also promptly delivered was a new set of sheets that we had requested and the management representative who delivered them was very couteous and pleasant. So in summary, the service from the Avocet Properties management in resolving this problem was outstanding.
  The home did not dissapoint us, it was clean, adequately furnished, functional and very comfortable.
  The home was centrally located to the main street area of Folly Beach and just a short drive to downtown Charleston. The home's location was near grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and anything that we wanted to do. Excellent fishing from the beach and the wharf which is nearby.
  We have been staying at Folly Beach for seven out of the last eight years and this was our best stay by far. The Avocet Properties management team was very responsive in caring to our needs and comfort while on vacation. Avocet Properties has earned themselves extremely satisfied vacationers who will only rent from them in the future. Thank you Avocet Properties and your staff for a wonderful vacation.
