Description from the manager
Sea Urchin is a pet friendly vacation rental located a block back from the beach with easy beach access. This is a classic style Folly Beach home with updates. The sunroom on the front of home can double as a screened porch. The kitchen, dining room and living room flow into each other for a spacious feel. The bedrooms are located on either side of the house with plenty of room and storage. There are window AC`s, a washer & dryer, a covered patio off the rear, an outside shower, a fenced yard, gas grill, linens & beach equipment furnished.

It was a perfect little spot for us. It was a block from the beach and even close enough to walk to town. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog.
It literally was everything we needed that week and we had a great time! -

Sweet, quaint home was very clean. Although sleeps 6, very small living space. GREAT location...1 block to beach access and walking distance to 'downtown'. Appreciated complimentary bottle of wine! Front porch is great but needs a window air unit. Would recommend this place to friends.

...we have booked with avocet property for the past ten years and couldn't be happier! sea urchin was super close to the beach and had a great back deck and fenced in back yard..our family loved it!!
