Dining room & breakfast bar. Great Master downstairs w/ ensuite bath complete w/ his & hers sinks, large stall shower, & separate jacuzzi tub. Not a detail overlooked; every bedroom has it`s own private bath w/ antique-style fixtures & a walk-in closet. Even has an Elevator. TVs in family room, kitchen, and each bedroom. Upstairs balcony overlooking the beach. $750 Event Fee.

Had a girls week for my Mom's 80th Birthday Celebration...daughters and granddaughters came from all over the east...Had a fabulous time...the house is gorgeous with plenty of room to spreadout...Plus you are right on the beach! We all loved it!

The house was perfect and worked well for our stay and the pre wedding dinner we held. The house location is great and well keep. Views unbeatable,elevator needs work.

Congrats on your wedding and you are right, Sunrise, Sunset is a perfect place for a beach wedding. In response to your comment about the high event fee, that fee is used to pay housekeeping for the extra cleaning needed after a big wedding. There is an abnormal amount of wear and tear on our wedding homes and this event fee helps to keep them in mint condition so the next bride can have a wonderful experience just like you. House was beautiful! The view excellent!!!
We utilized the kitchen completely, cooking breakfasts and even a Thanksgiving turkey.
Bedrooms clean and spacious. A vacation for the memory book.
