How was in immaculate condition. Beautiful house, large rooms/porches, great location underneath house and easy access to the beach, lance was very easy to work with.

My family recently stayed at 1112 East ashley ave. Folly Beach. Sc(april 10 - 14, 2013)and words can't describe how wonderful this stay was. We were in awe of the beauty of this home, along with the furnishings and amenities provided. Having only a block to walk to the beautiful beach which was our own most of the time was the best!! Each morning, my grandson and I would walk the beach and find so many beautiful shells. The neighborhood was very quiet, parking was perfect and the Folly strip with great shops and restaurants were more than we ever expected.
We did not even meet the property manager, Lance because he was so well organized and everything was set up for us when we arrived. He was so accomodating and even allowed us early check in because the house was available.
We highly recommend this beautiful home and hope you and your family will have the wonderful memories to take away that my family did.
We sure hope to visit again and maybe we will visit Charleston this time. This home and the beautiful beach were so much fun, we did not want to leave.

We could not have been any happier with a rental. This house had everything we needed. Space,comfort,close to the beach,fun for the kids, and clean.

Lance was great to deal with, house is has advertised, no surprises, great location less than a mile from many restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. Bath towels were limited, but otherwise beautiful beach house.
