This cozy 3 bedroom beautiful traditional home is located close to downtown Folly. The perfect size for your family and friends. It offers direct beach access just off the deck and a beautifully landscaped back yard. Hardwood floors throughout, tasteful decor are just the few amenities to mention. The home offers 2 Queen sized bedrooms and a third loft bedroom upstairs, perfect for the kids. The home offers a crib and play equipment making it perfectly equipped for young children. No pets, No smoking, No events please.

Left on 09/03/2009 for a stay in July 2009
The service was great! We had a problem with the air conditioning near the end of our trip. We called Avocet and they had someone out the house within a couple of hours. The problem was resolved.
The house was great! Lovely deck and back yard. We enjoyed grilling out! Especially liked the nice private parking area.
The kids loved the upstairs bedroom, though the sun does wake you up very early through the skylight! Bring your sleeping mask.
Loved the flat screen tvs and internet access.
Needed more info on trash and recycling procedures. Only one trashcan outside and no instructions for pick up.

This cottage was exactly as advertised and picturedwhich was a lovely surprise as we had never been to Folly Beach before. The kitchen was beautifully supplied could supply more paper towels, toilet paper, and tea towels. Every thing was so clean when we arrived and veryeasy to care for. It could use one more light in the living room ( I understand about the turtles, however). We loved the location, the beach, the outside showers in particular. It was a tad expensive for us and when reserved there was a mention of a boat trip which never materilized. All in all - Love N Life was wonderful.
