All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Owing to illness we could only stay the last few days of our 2 booked weeks. However these days more than made up for the lost ones due to the lovely friendly owner Ruth and a welcome pack of which we have never experienced before. The cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped. The garden was a delight. We would have loved to have stayed longer but perhaps next year. No wonder the premises are booked up all year. Thank you Ruth.

Really comfortable, clean, pleasantly decorated and well equipped cottage. Although location is quiet and 'away from it all', the cottage is within easy reach (by car) to many sites/towns, After a day of sightseeing we were very happy to relax in front of the log fire each evening, but the surrounding garden would have been just as inviting in the summer. Ruth (owner) made us very welcome and we would definitely recommend this cottage to families/couples.

This Cottage has everything, and more,you need, and like many comments in the Guest Book, it would certainly take some beating.People visit year upon year, a great testament to the Owner, Ruth,who left a Welcome Pack, which also included chocolates and fresh flowers on the Dining Table.
The Village is lovely and the residents are very friendly too. Also a great base to visit many interesting locations nearby. -

From the moment we drove up the drive we knew that we were going to experience a lovely holiday. Ruth the owner came and met us and made us feel really welcome and when we entered the cottage it wasn't just the gardens that were gorgeous. As this was our first holiday in a rental cottage next years has a lot to live up to. Even the dreary weather didn't stop us enjoying our family holiday and it was a pleasure to go back at night to a proper cosy cottage, we will definately be going back not just to experience the excellent hospitality that Ruthh provides but also to enjoy the surroundings further.
