VIEW OUR 2013 RENOVATION PHOTOS! If it's the ocean you are looking for, there is no better view than this oceanfront villa. Because it is on the top floor the private balcony is open to the sky and offers privacy for sunbathing while gazing at the ocean and beach by day and for observing the moon and stars during the evenings. The Tybee Island Lighthouse can be seen in the distance. Watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf while listening to the waves lapping the shore. All of this can also be enjoyed from the living room and kitchen because of the direct ocean view.

We are so excited about our newly renovated condo! We have installed... laminate flooring, tile flooring and crown molding throughout. The kitchen has been enlarged and new cabinets, quartz countertops, sink and fixtures have been installed along with new adjustable recessed lighting. A new 46" flatscreen TV has been installed on the

living room wall along with a 32" flatscreen on the wall in the newly enlarged bedroom. The entire villa has been freshly painted and our new Charleston style furniture gives it the finishing touches.

Our villa will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A dining area, kitchen, bath and laundry alcove makes this unit the perfect place for your Hilton Head Island vacation.

Stroll along the beach to the Tiki Hut outdoor beachfront bar next door and enjoy your favorite libation while listening to live island music. Shopping and dining are also just steps away at Coligny Plaza where you will find restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, movie theater, bakery, bike rentals and a variety of island shops.Read more

Additional Location Information

#316 Breakers is located directly on the beach on North Forest Beach Drive. The only thing between the complex and the ocean is a beautiful sand dune! The Breakers has its own private parking area. One of the reasons The Breakers is so popular with everyone is there are so many places within walking distance. Coligny Plaza is directly across the street with restaurants, souvenir shops, clothing stores, pubs, movie theater, and grocery store. The Market Place is located between the Breakers and the street and has more restaurants, pubs and souvenir shops! Bike rentals places are within a block of the complex along with even more restaurants.

  this is a delightful apartment in paradise. It was exactly what you get on the tin, ideal in ever way. the location was fantastic and your apartment had all the mod cons including knifes that can cut, something seldom seen in self catering accommodation. The bed was comfy, again sleep is something seldom achieved at competitive priced accommodation, but not a problem here. We would recommend this property without hesitation. We return refreshed and indeed looked into jobs in the area we were so impressed with the standard of living and general way of life.

  Location, location, location!

  This was our first condo experience and our first time in HH, and we will be back! We loved our stay. The view and balcony were amazing and yes we saw dolphins on a daily basis! It is located across from Coligny Plaza which has all your needs: restaurants, Piggly Wiggly, bike rentals, souvenir shops, bars, theater etc. You can park your car and have no need to get back in it until you are ready to go home. It is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. It is 41 stairs. The condo was clean ( though the vents need a good dusting). It was supplied with some basics ( 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 sm. Bottle of dish soap, two garbage bags, 3 packets of dish detergent). Our dislikes were few and even sound petty but here they are: the bedroom is very small. It fits a queen size bed, but you can't walk around it. So I had to crawl over my husband to get out. I know everyone likes their own bedding, but this felt like sandpaper, and the comforter was new and not soft at all, we ended up taking it off the bed. The condo was a perfect size for two, any more than that and it would be crowded. Being there in October the weather was not always cooperative, so it would have been nice to have two tv. It said " heated pool" and it was not. I read something that said pool is heated in March until the warm weather. I think they should also be heating it in the fall.
