Had an excellent stay at 24 Mallard for spring break. We had 4 adults, 5 kids, and Grandma. The house fit us perfectly. The elevator was a must for Grandma, because everything is upstairs. Clean and comfortable describes the house. The pool and spa were great, and from what I could tell of the neighborhood...Big! (Glad it was heated this week) Although not oceanfront, I thought the location was perfect. Bike rental was a must, and the kids had a riot. Going back next year.

We and another family stayed at this lovely home in July'12 and were very pleased. There were 7 of us and found that there was plenty of space. It is beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach; also to shopping and restaurants. Also nice pool area. We plan to stay again.

Needed kitchen towels
Gas grill was difficult to turn on
Needed some landscaping upkeep
Decor was delightful
Plenty of dishes
Nice to have refrigerator on ground level too
Second bathroom shower was difficult to get warm water

We had a family of 8- including 2 teenagers and two 5 year olds and found the house to be absolutely perfect! The downstairs was a perfect apartment for the older kids, the refrigerator down there was a godsend to keep the drinks and ice- easy to load up in the coolers for the beach! The beds were all extremely comfortable and we loved having televisions in each room!
My complaints were that the pool deck was impossible to keep clean because of the leaves and things that fall from the palm trees. We loved having the shade at the end of a long beach day, but wished that we had something to blow away the mess! And I wished that the screened in porch had a table to sit at, or that the deck off the kitchen had screens! All those trees meant lots of mosquitos!
Other than that this house is just as described, it was a very short walk to the beach and a fun bike ride along the shady paths to Coligny Plaza! Everything is very convenient to the house. We also took advantage of the bike rentals from Forest Beach Bikes and they were very accomodating, even bringing us a replacement when one of the kids didn't want to ride a training wheel bike. -

This home was PERFECT!! I stayed with our family of 4 as well as another family of 4...there was Plenty of room with some to spare. It is not directiy on the beach, but is only about 2 blocks over - an EASY walk or bike ride. It is beside of a bike path that we rode on daily - it took you straight to restaurants and shops too. The home itself was immaculate, and the pool was wonderful. When we weren't at the beach, we were swimming in the pool. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and even a downstairs rec room for watching tv & dropping off your pool supplies as you walked in the house (and it slept 2 more people there if needed). I would happily stay here again!! Oh, and the staff that we spoke to were super friendly and helpful!!

This house was perfect for a two family with kids vacation. The children loved the bunk room and their own room downstairs to play video games and watch tv. The pool was amazing! It was so big that all 5 kids and 4 adults had plenty of room to play and enjoy the patio. We would definitely rent it again!
