Description
14 Heron is a great house for the whole family to enjoy! Located on the corner of North Forest Beach and Heron Street, you are only a few steps to the sand. Enjoy your meals in the gourmet kitchen, featuring a large island and eating bar, all open to the dining room and living room. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a large seating area. Off the living room is the pool deck and patio. Enjoy swimming in this private pool 14' x 24', grill, and dining table for 6. Also, on the main floor is a bathroom with access to the pool deck and laundry room. The master bedroom completes the main floor with a king bed, a daybed with a trundle, and a private bath.
The 2nd floor has 5 additional bedrooms, all with large flat-screen TVs. At the top of the stairs to the right is the 2nd master bedroom with a king bed, sleeper sofa and private bath. The bathroom contains a soaking tub. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, each with king beds, private baths, and flat-screen TVs. The other two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a king bed. The other has a set of bunk beds, a trundle bed, and a queen bed.
Underneath the home, there is a large game room with a ping-pong table, lots of seating, and a flat-screen TV. The game room is the perfect place for the kids to gather. All you need to bring is your family as 14 Heron has everything else you may want!

“Great house in a great location”

“Family Vacation”
