My family and I stayed in this unit and was not at all disappointed. It was decorated as in pictures and was very clean. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the supplies you will need for the week. Just be sure to check the propane for the gas grill. We had to purchase a tank to use while there. Not a problem though. There was a game station there, but no games that we could find and no where to rent any. Again, not a problem because there were plenty of board games and other games to play in closet on rainy days. The pool was great and never crowded, which was great and they came and cleaned it whie we were there.
The walk to the beach was about 5-7 minute walk to beach and we did use the cart to pull supplies. Made the walk that much easier. The unit is located right outside the Sea Pine Resort entrance which was convenient and a short bicycle ride from Coligny Plaza where you can find great ice cream, food, and gifts to take home with you. The grocery store is just a short drive around the corner.
We met very nice people in some of the other units and ours was the nicest by far. We will book this unit again. We had a great time and was very comfortable for our entire stay!Response from The Richardson Group Rental Management - 09/27/2012

Had wonderful time at the condo! Had everything we needed, even a beach cart that made it easy to bring the chairs, boggie boards and toys to the beach. Being only a 3 minute walk to the beach was great! The a Playstation 2 in the loft was a also a hit. The condo was spotless and everything was new. There was also a gas grill on the deck. I will be definitely be back next year!

Everything we hoped for; excellent condition/ excactly as advertised; would highly recommend; only 1/4 mile walk to beach. We hope to visit again.
