The highlights of this one of a kind place are location and the villa itself. Maria, the owner, is a fan of nature and it shows here. Electricity is generated by the sun but if more is needed a generator can be used. Everything is very well designed so to live in close contact with the environment. The very lovely villa is surrounded by nature, a gorgeous beach in front and a little wood in the back. Our children felt free to enjoy the beauty of this site, private and full of joy. The villa itself is very well equipped and spacious, the 6 of us had our private areas. Maria tought us that nature can be enjoyed without spoiling it with excessive consumptions, quietly. Thank you Formentera and...Maria.

The house is large, well appointed, tastefully decorated and in a great location right by the sea with beautiful views. The owner genuinely made every effort to ensure that our stay was as good as can be.

If you want lovely sea 1 minute walk away, peace, quiet and gorgeous sunsets, this is the place for you. We had a wonderful holiday in Formentera.

It has been the best vacation we had in Formentera, mainly because of this house we found in Triadvisor. It´s a jewel on the beach, large and comfortable, elegant and savage, secluded and open. It´s a real find. Booking process was flawless, the owner is very proud of her house and I suspect she selects her guests quite carefully. We were 6 people and we all found our private space. Sure we´ll come back next year.

We just enjoyed a wonderful 10 day stay at the villa. The setting, house and beach could not have been better. We wanted to be somewhere away from the rush, with a nice beach and close to conveniences like grocery and cafes. We were very happy with all that we discovered. If you are looking for a relaxed, cozy place to stay this is it!

What a special place. Really exceeded expectations. Amazing position, the accommodations are comfortable, with a beautiful outdoor space where we spent most of our time. Maria (the owner) also made our stay special - a warm, lovely person who genuinely cares that people who rent her house are happy. I am about to book for our trip next year. 2 weeks this time (1 week is not nearly enough)

We have been lucky to find such a splendid place, it was just what we dreamt of: an idillic private house on a magnificent beach. We couldn't ask for more. What we liked a lot was swimming whenever we wanted just by walking literally few meters from the house and the views, and the quietness, and being part of nature without other houses and people around. We don't want disco, bars tv or,say, microwave around us, only that beautiful, stunning sea and beach. It was a really special experience and we obviously recommend it the discerning vacationers.
The owner is willing to please and it shows that she loves the House, we had a warm welcome. Thank you
