All comforts spacious semidetached holiday house in private gated complex , only few metres from the sandy and children safe Vindicio beach, in Formia. The house has 2 units: "Seahorse" apartment on 2 storys, with independent entrance from the shared garden, good accommodation for six- seven people; "Starfish" apartment, 4 sleeps, on the ground floor, with independent entrance from the back of the house. Parking for one car is inside the complex."Seahorse" 7 sleeps is made up of: entrance from the shared garden through the terrace onto large living , dining corner with fire place, well equipped kitchen, half bath, one balcony; on... the first floor, 3 air conditioned bedrooms , one large bathroom with tub and shower, two balconies (sea view from the balcony of large master bedroom). Barbeque is in the shared garden.

The sandy beach, child safe, with beach clubs, is only 150 metres far and in the afternoon, when a strong wind rises the Gulf filles with windsurfs...A warmly suggested summer location for families with small children.Vindicio beach is in Gaeta gulf. Gaeta is a charming little town, one of the Italian best kept secrets, with white sandy and rocky beaches, clean sea water: a real pearl of the Mediterranean "off the beaten track". It is to be considered the natural complement to Naples, its coasts and islands. Formia is halwfays between Rome and Naples and a good bus service connects in 5 minutes the railway station to the property. The same bus leads to Gaeta in ten minutes, so the whole bay will be at your hand. Rome and Naples, both in one hour abt distance with very frequent trains, can be visited, without driving, in one day. From Naples a light train leads to Pompeii, in front of the entrance to the escavations and from there a bus leads the top of Vesuvius.

•WEEKLY RATE IS FOR 7 PEOPLE. FOR EXTRA SLEEPS PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER. Discount depending on length of stay. Supplement for heating and air conditioning (as per meter) depending on the season. Security deposit, Euro 200, (Euro 300 for a larger group or longer period) will be refunded 14 days after departure. Deposit requested (35% of the rental amount) on booking. Balance payment eight weeks before arrival by bank swift transfer or by credit card. Supplement Euro 100 for final cleaning. Supplement for late check in (Euro 100 after midnight; Euro 50 after 10 pm). Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
NOT INCLUDED beach towels.
•DAMAGE /DEPOSIT- A damage deposit of Euro 200 (300 for large group) is
required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or
services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled
dishes are cleaned.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out.
h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner),
the local law enforcement.
1. PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 35% of the rental rate is required
on booking. The advance payment will be applied towards the house.
