The apartment is only one of four and offers immaculate modern living space with 2 large terraces both with spectacular views. About the owner
We both work full-time and were looking for a haven to relax in whilst offering a wide range of restaurants, a beach and shops close enough to enjoy too. There are two terraces, front and back, as part of the apartment which have spectacular views, ideal to sit and relax whilst looking down the valley into Fornalutx surrounded by orange and lemon groves. The apartment is a new build and has been fitted out to the highest standard, including Sky television, DVDs, MP3 or iPod docking, everything to compliment your stay. The locals are extremely friendly and there are festivals at which you can enjoy the local culture.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We chose this property for its breathtaking views of Fornalutx and the surrounding Tramuntana mountain range. The village is stunning and so tranquil, although it still has all the facilities that we were looking for, restaurants, cafes and shops, it has won the prettiest European village for the past 5 years. The bustling town of Soller and the port are close providing a greater range of shops, bars and restaurants.
Unique benefits of the property
Most of all we love the spectacular views of the valley of Soller and the views of the Tramuntana mountains from the front and rear terraces. The tranquility and beauty of the area is something that we look forward to when we are both working full time. The night sky would make Patrick Moore very jealous, just look up and see the stars twinkling in the night sky. We have everything we need and more in our apartment, it is home from home. We spent a lot of money providing luxury fittings in the apartment and a gorgeous well equipped kitchen so that we can enjoy the local produce of fish, meats, fruit and vegetables, it makes cooking an absolute joy.

We had a fantastic week in this lovely unspoilt village in a fantastic appartment. It was very stylish and comfortable and had everything that we could have wanted including 2 great sun terraces with sunbeds and a superb view into the bargain! It was cold one night so it was great to be able to put some heating on and settle down to watch some television and Dvd's on the up to the minute TV set. It's definitely a jewel amongst glass beads!

A great location for going out on the bikes up and down the mountain with superb views! A small walk down to the square where a couple of bars which always seem to be open and also serve which is convenient. Also a bakery to get breakfast from and a cash point come in handy also. The apartment is very well presented with all the utensils you would need to make the experience hassle free!

Finding Susan's Fornalutx apartment online was the making of our last-minute holiday. Arranging things was so easy and straightforward, no hassle. She'd arranged for a local lady in Fornalutx to meet us with the key, so everything taken care of.
The apartment itself is really gorgeous. There are two stunning views - one up into the local mountain, walkways and olive groves; the other down into the valley towards Soller and the sea. Everything we needed was there. Really comfortable, private and quiet. Having parking in basement made a big difference.
Fornalutx is just wonderful - a medieaval village that is beyond the description of beautiful. Simple convenience shop in the village, a magic bakery where we bought fresh bread every morning for breakfast; and a fantastic central venue for walking adventures. It's only a short drive to 'civilisation' if you want it ... and has some good restaurants.
The best bit was being able to sit out on the balcony in the warm evenings, listening to the trees, goat bells, and thoroughly enjoy the peace and quiet.Response from Susan Long - 12/14/2012

We stayed here in april this year. We had never been to the tea before so weren't sure what to expect. Well what a delight this place was. It is a home away from home, it has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard, there is even the availability to play your iPod through speakers. The whole place is clean and well looked after. The kitchen is modern with utensils provided. The parking is brilliant with an underground parking space making it easier to keep your hire car safe. The bathroom is modern and clean, the shower is a delight to wash under and it is easy to keep clean. The views out of front and back balconies are breathtaking, you can even enjoy them whilst having a sunbathe as beds are provided on both balconies. We thoroughly loved this apartment and are going back next year.

This is the dream holiday home we all wished we owned on the beautiful island of Mallorca. From the moment you park the hire car in the garage (complete with automatic door!) you know it's going to be great.
The apartment is so spacious that it feels s more like a house, not least because of the two huge suntrap balconies/terraces. You'll never feel claustrophobic i.e. the need to escape out of the apartment into the fresh air.
Modern, comfortable, light, airy and quiet are all words I would use to describe this apartment. This is no budget holiday home, with dodgy cheap furniture!! In fact, quite the opposite, this is a "home from home" - John Lewis, Next and M&S; all come to mind.
The village of Fornalutx is absolutely stunning - think of a beautiful Cotswold village, but in the sun! The views from this apartment are breath-taking, every morning when you open the shutters and the sun pours through the doors, you just think wow, I want to stay here forever!
The apartment's location couldn't be better: 30/40 minutes from the airport, great location in Fornalutx, everything is within easy walking distance, seconds away from the best restaurants and an easy 3 minute walk to the beautiful village square.
As for Fornalutx and the west coast of Mallorca, it really is hard to know where to start. Soller, Deia, Valldemossa, Palma and more besides are all effortless to reach by car. The views along the west coast are indescribably stunning - trust me, you won't be disappointed.
So, go on, book this apartment today! The owners, Stephen and Susan Long, couldn't be more professional and helpful. They want you to enjoy a stress free holiday. Their communication is superb, you don't need to worry about a thing, they'll tell you everything you need to know - it's the stuff dreams are made of.

We were extremely comfortable in this apartment, which was an easy walk to shops and a range of restaurants. Nothing had been forgotten by the owners, and we have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It was our first visit to Majorca and we had a lovely week.
