Willowbarn self catering is built within the owners land and is beautifully finished to a high specification with consideration given to environmentally friendly aspects.
It has a generously proportioned open living space with a beautiful contemporary kitchen and dining area, lending itself to luxury family living or large group get-aways.
There are two large bedrooms with zip and link super king size beds, which allows flexibility with groups staying in Willowbarn self catering. The self catering accommodation is set in an idyllic private 12 acre garden, which has two beautiful lochs that are stocked with rainbow trout. The surrounding area is primarily woodland and countryside, a few miles from the glorious beaches of the Moray Firth, which is renowned for its colony of seals and dolphins.

We stayed for four nights at Willowbarn and the place was fantastic. Ideal for us as a base for the local Salmon Fishing as well as everything else on offer in the area. Fiona and Carlo couldn't do enough for you to make sure the stay was perfect. And it was. Its very rare that some thing actually exceeds your expectations when you finally arrive but this does. Fab location, fab hosts, fab barn. Couldn't have been happier with it.

We stayed for 3 nights in early april ( 2 adults plus 2 kids aged 8 and 10). The property is beautiful and the owners have given a great deal of thought to ensure a very pleasant stay for guests. Small touches like the provision of toilet rolls and kitchen cleaning materials were much appreciated. The kids loved the games and the TV in the bedroom! The area is lovely with plenty to do.

Just spent a few days staying at Willowbarn with our friendly hosts Fiona and Carlo. Beautifully kept property in a lovely country setting just outside Forres. Plenty of room in the property and nicely decorated. The area is of Morayshire has lots to do and great beeches nearby. We will be back, thanks.

We stayed at Willowbarn from 13th to 17th March and had the most wonderful time. The apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The peaceful location is very relaxing and the views are stunning. The area of Moray is beautiful and there are lots of places of interest to visit and also many activies in the surrounding areas. A perfect Scottish holiday retreat and we will definitely return. Many thanks also to Fiona and Carlo who are wonderful hosts.
