We require a non-refundable deposit of $300 to hold the house and the rest is due 10 days before you arrive.
There is a $500 security deposit which is refundable with no damage to the unit or its belongings.

OhioTerrific rental home in the Ft Collins area
Left on 11/06/2012 for a stay in October 2012
This home was a lovely retreat in the Ft Collins foothills. Very spacious and in great condition. The layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms and lower level made it a great base for us and our friends and children.
The landlord was very helpful confirming a few details for us (such as the size of the on-site Pack N Play) and we felt it was a very good value for our week long stay in the Ft Collins area.
When first arriving it felt slightly further out in the foothills than I had expected but the city of Ft Collins is just a short, easy, 10 minute drive, and the views of Horsetooth Reservoir were terrific!!! The location was a terrific blend of access to Ft Collins and nearby Open Range areas including Devil's Backbone. From the home it was an easy drive to Estes Park as well.
The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Lots of towels, blankets, sheets, pillows and a well appointed kitchen with all the gadgets and items we could use. It was very clean upon our arrival as well.
Would definitely recommend this home for a large family or group looking for a getaway in the Ft Collins area.
